DAY 1: Arrival at the Airport
You will be welcomed by our company representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Overnight at Lake Victoria Hotel/The Boma Guest House.

DAY 2: Ngamba Islands Chimpanzee Sanctuary
After breakfast, set off to Ngamba Island this takes 45 minutes ride by speed boat and 1 hour on a slow boat. View the orphaned Chimps closely as they come out of the forest to feed. After chimp viewing, return to the main land and find our way to UWEC where you will see different kinds of animals and birds including the Ecosystem in which they live. After that, drive to Kampala for dinner and overnight at Sheraton Kampala Hotel/The Lodge Kampala

DAY 3: Kampala City tour
After breakfast, set to explore Kampala City for an exciting introduction with the capital that is built amidst seven hills. Visit some interesting and historical sites to see include: Namugongo Martyrs' shrine, Baha'i temple, Uganda Museum, Makerere University (Ivory Tower), Kasubi tombs, Namirembe and Rubaga cathedrals, Kabaka's lake, Nakasero market, Kibuli mosque and Munyonyo beach. DAY 4: Kampala to Jinja
After a hearty breakfast, we drive to the East to Jinja .You will see fruit markets along the road, have a stop at Mabira forest, tea and sugarcane plantations, Owen falls dam and source of river Nile. After lunch visit Bujagali falls, Itanda falls and Masese fishing village. Dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort/Sun Set Hotel

DAY 5: Explore Jinja and water sport
The whole day is dedicated to water sport and primarily white water rafting at Grade 5 rapids near the Bujagali Falls. Dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort/Sun Set Hotel

DAY 6: Jinja to Mbale Town
After breakfast, drive to Iganga town, proceed to Mbale via the Tiriny upgraded highway to reach Mbale town in one hour's time from Iganga Town. After lunch, explore the wonderful Sipi falls and adjoining areas. Dinner and overnight at Mbale Resort

DAY 7: Hike Mountain Elgon
After breakfast with parked lunch and snacks, this day is dedicated to one day hike where the park guide(s)/Porter(s) are ready to take you up to the mountain using any of the selected three main trekking trails. Budadiri, Forest exploration centre-Kapkwai and Kapwata are all places you start to choose to ascend the spectacular mountain. Dinner and overnight at Mbale Resort

DAY 8: Mbale to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park arriving in the afternoon. The drive will lead to the Northern part of the park entering through Purong gate. Game viewing on the way is very good; look out for hippos, elephants, buffalos and many other animals, seen grazing on the banks of the river. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/Red Chilli Rest Camp

DAY 9: Game drive and Launch cruise
After an early morning breakfast you will enjoy a half-day game drive on the northern bank of the Nile. Game in this part includes the elephant, Rothschild giraffe, Jackson hartebeest, lions, oribis, waterbucks and a variety of savannah woodland birds. After lunch we will go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters with an assured chance to see the falls from the bottom angle. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the River. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/Red Chilli Rest Camp

DAY 10: Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park
We depart Murchison Falls and head towards Kibale Forest National Park. The drive will provide you with some spectacular views as you pass small African villages and banana plantations. The lovely town of Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon and is famous for the many tea plantations. Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge/Rwenzori View Guest House

DAY 11: Chimpanzee tracking
Today the forest opens it doors for a sensational chimp tracking. Kibale Forest is reputable of having the highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzee. Other primates usually spotted include; red-tailed monkey, black-and-white Colobus monkey and many others. After a hearty lunch we transfer to the Bigodi Swamp for another, totally different nature walk. The Bigodi Swamp Walk is an initiative of the local community and takes approximately two hours. The swamp is known for its rich diversity of birds and primates. Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge/Rwenzori View Guest House

DAY 12: Kibale Forest to Semliki National Park
After breakfast we drive towards Semliki National Park. The scenic, winding road will lead us through green mountains and offers you a splendid view at the River Semliki and Congo. After arriving in the protected area, a ranger will accompany us on a beautiful nature walk through the Ituri Rainforest. Enjoy the peacefulness of the forest, look out for the rich birdlife at the swamp and boil an egg in the hot springs that have become an interesting natural attraction. It will be completed with a picnic lunch provided by the guide, while you explore the real Africa. Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge

DAY 13: Explore Semliki National Park and spotlight night game drive
After breakfast a boat trip on Lake Albert to see the Shoebill and a picnic is amazing. Return to Semliki Safari Lodge for lunch. After lunch visit the pygmy-primitive people and an evening game drive. It is only at Semliki that you can do a spotlight night game drive among all the national parks in Uganda. Overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge

DAY 14: Semliki to Queen Elizabeth National Park
We transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A game drive on our way to the accommodation in the middle of the national park gives us the chance to spot waterbucks, warthogs and other wildlife. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge/Bush Lodge

DAY 15: Game drive and Launch cruise
Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. Thanks to the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of hippos, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your safari. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge/Bush Lodge

DAY 16: Chimpanzee tracking and visit the Crater Lakes region
With previous days memories, enjoy your breakfast ready for a guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After primate walk, return to the Lodge for lunch. Afternoon drive for sight seeing around the crater region and baboon cliffs is a lifetime experience you won't miss. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge/Bush Lodge

DAY 17: Transfer to the Ishasha Sector
After breakfast, drive to Ishasha sector to look for the rare tree climbing lions the whole day, other animals can also be seen as you try to spot the lions. Dinner and overnight at Ishasha Wilderness Camp

DAY 18: Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast we will leave Queen Elizabeth National Park and head towards Bwindi, the scenic route runs through a verdant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms. Overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp/Buhoma Lodge/Buhoma Community Bandas

DAY 19: Gorilla tracking
After breakfast, report to the ranger station at 8:00am for yet another highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Especially hikers will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. It is difficult to predict how many hours you will hike; it may take two to eight hours. Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique and unforgettable experience! For conservation purposes, time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour. The ranger guide always briefs you on how to behave with these giant apes. Make sure you carry a rain jacket, jungle boots, drinking water and walking stick to be provided by park rangers for easy movement inside the jungle. DAY 20: Bwindi Forest to Lake Bunyonyi
Begin your day with a drive to Lake Bunyonyi via Kabale a region popularly known by as the 'Switzerland of Africa'. You will be shaken by scenery of winding roads, hills and valleys, terraced landscape and friendly big people. The whole afternoon is dedicated to relaxing. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Cottages/Bunyonyi Overland Camp

DAY 21: Explore Lake Bunyonyi
After the challenging and strenuous hike in Bwindi, some relaxing moments on the shores of this peaceful lake are most welcome. The options here are birding, nature walks, swimming or canoeing (not included). Overnight at Arcadia Cottages/Bunyonyi Overland Camp

DAY 22: Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast we drive to Lake Mburo National Park which takes us about four hours. As we enter the park it is likely that you will see some wildlife, like impalas, warthogs, zebras topi, and buffaloes. After checking in you will go on a boat ride on the lake and enjoy the rich birdlife and the hippos that are cooling off. Overnight at Mantana Tented Camp/Rwonyo Camp

DAY 23: Boat trip and transfer to Ssese Islands
After breakfast, go for an early boat trip inside the lake amidst hippos. You may also encounter crocodiles, king fisher, African fish eagle, Pelican shoe bill. After this wonderful activity, drive out of the park to Nyendo (Masaka).A ferry from Bukakakata-Luku takes you to Ssese Islands inside Lake Victoria. Dinner and Overnight at Ssese Habitat Resort

DAY 24: Forest walks and Boat rides
Begin the day with breakfast meanwhile feeling the breeze of currents from the lake. Take a guided forest walk to see various flora and fauna.

After lunch, a boat ride to various islands for sight seeing and birding is amazing. Dinner and overnight at Ssese Habitat Resort

DAY 25: Full day relaxation
This day is dedicated for sunbathing along the beaches and relaxation. You can opt to go for spot fishing. Dinner and overnight at Ssese Habitat Resort

DAY 26: Ssese to Entebbe/Kampala
After breakfast, ferry crossing to Nakiwogo in Entebbe where you will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe. You may choose to spend the night at Entebbe or Kampala. Overnight at Lake Victoria Hotel/The Boma Guest House.

DAY 27: Reserved for departure
Enriched with an experience of a lifetime and terrific memories you will say goodbye to the country gifted by nature. Depending on the time of departure you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
